The study aims to:
- Shed light on the obstacles and barriers related to the reality of students with disabilities accessing educational services in Jordanian universities, especially with a focus here on the right to education and the right to access educational services by monitoring and analyzing this reality and being guided by a set of indicators that control the degree of readiness of Jordanian universities to secure Ensure that students arrive from different categories of disabilities, such as the availability of policies, procedures, and instructions related to acceptance of enrollment of these students, in addition to all types, forms, dimensions of accommodations, facilitation arrangements, and procedures that are included in the access operations.
- Provide data and factual information on the numbers of students with disabilities at the university level and the categories of these students by categories.
- Monitor and define the policies, instructions, and regulations in force in Jordanian universities related to admission and enrollment of students with disabilities.
- Providing recommendations related to helping universities to develop procedural and practical formulas that respond to the needs of these students, whether from an academic point of view, or the necessary accommodations and accommodations.
