The Department of International Relations and Projects is the official entity at Yarmouk University that is responsible for all internationalization activities, including the implementation of exchange programs, such as Erasmus+ Mobility programs. The Department provides administration and support for all outgoing and incoming exchange for academic faculty members, administrative staff and students. The Department has six staff members; two of whom are academic members (Director of Department, Deputy Director) and four are administrative (Assistant Director, Head of International Relations, Head of International Projects, Chief of Staff).

Available Support for Incoming Faculty Members and Administrative Staff

The Department of International Relations & Projects provides support before and after arrival for the incoming academic faculty members and administrative staff.

Before arrival, the Department provides the incoming faculty members and/or administrative staff with advisory information regarding transportation and accommodation, courses and area of studies.

After arrival and during exchange, the Department provides the incoming faculty members and/or administrative staff with a campus orientation. The incoming faculty members and/or administrative staff are then related to the suitable Departments and Faculties and prepare schedules for them.

Available Support for Incoming Students

The Department of International Relations & Projects provides support before and after arrival for the incoming students.

Before arrival, the Department provides the incoming students with advisory information regarding transportation and accommodation, courses and area of studies.

After arrival and during exchange, the Department provides the incoming students with a campus orientation. The Department helps the incoming students with their registration, exempts them from the tuition fees, and provides them with all official documents they need.
